What should I do if I experience buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. Try these steps: (1) Check your internet speed — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD streaming. (2) Connect your device to your router via Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. (3) Restart your router and streaming device.
