The Server URL must include http:// at the start. Username and Password are case-sensitive — copy them exactly from your IPTVBROS email. Delete the account in Smarters (tap your account → Edit → Delete) and re-add from scratch.

In Smarters: Settings → Player Settings → change Player to ExoPlayer (Android) or Native Player. Check internet speed — need 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Switch from WiFi to wired ethernet or move closer to router. Clear app cache in device Settings → Apps → IPTV Smarters.
⚠EPG guide not loading or empty
Open Smarters → tap your account → Settings → EPG Update Time → set to Every 12 Hours. Tap 'Update EPG Now'. Wait 2–5 minutes for 27,000+ channels to load schedules. If still blank, delete account and re-add (EPG re-fetches on fresh login).
⚠IPTV Smarters not available in my country's app store
For Samsung TVs: change the App Store country to USA in Settings → General → System Manager → Samsung Account → change country. For Apple App Store: sign into a US Apple ID. For Google Play: use a VPN to change store region, or download the APK from smartersplayer.tv directly.
