TiviMate troubleshooting
⚠TiviMate showing 'Wrong credentials'
Check that the Server URL includes http:// at the start. Username and Password are case-sensitive — copy exactly from your IPTVBROS email. Delete the playlist and re-add it. Contact IPTVBROS WhatsApp if you're unsure your credentials are correct.
⚠Channels load but EPG is empty
Settings → EPG → enable 'Playlist EPG' → tap 'Update EPG Now'. Allow 2–5 minutes for 27,000+ channel schedules to download. If still empty after 10 minutes, try: Settings → Playlists → tap your playlist → Update Now → then update EPG again.
⚠Buffering or freezing during playback
Fix order: (1) Set Video Decoder to Hardware+ and Buffer to 10MB in Settings → Player. (2) Switch to 5GHz WiFi or wired Ethernet. (3) Check internet speed — need 25 Mbps for 4K. (4) Clear cache: Firestick Settings → Apps → TiviMate → Clear Cache. (5) Restart router and Firestick.
⚠TiviMate not loading channels after credentials
Try reducing the Server URL to just the domain without a trailing slash. Check your internet connection. If channels load but slowly, the server may be under load — try again after 5 minutes. Contact IPTVBROS WhatsApp support with your Server URL for diagnosis.
⚠Some channels show black screen or 'No Signal'
Individual channel streams can go down temporarily. Try: long-press the channel → 'Choose Stream' (if multiple streams exist, try the backup). Refresh the playlist in Settings → Playlists → Update. Report persistently broken channels to IPTVBROS WhatsApp support.
⚠TiviMate crashing on Firestick
Clear cache and data: Firestick Settings → Applications → TiviMate → Clear Cache + Clear Data (you'll need to re-enter credentials). Update TiviMate to latest version. If running older Firestick (1st/2nd gen), use IPTV Smarters Pro instead — TiviMate performs better on newer hardware.
